Exposition: it presents the living conditions and culture of the
population in the region at the end of the 19th beginning of the
20th c. It is displayed in Brakalov’s house. Brakalov was a Revival
activist, Vassil Levski’s brother-in-arms. He was twice a mayor
of Bourgas during the 19thc.
Highlights: he biggest collection of costumes, fabrics and adornments
from the Strandzha ethnographic group - Ruptsi. Collection of costumers
of the village of Bulgari. Unique collection presenting “Enyo’s
Bride“ custom - Enyo’s Day in Strandzha. Open: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
