Exposition: it presents the archaeological heritage of the region
(end of 6th millenium BC - 15th c.) It is displayed in a building
which is a cultural monument - the first “Class School“ in Bulgaria,
1889.
Highlights: the biggest collection of antique and Mediterranean
anchors and stocks related to ancient navigation. A tomb find of
a Thracian chief in a wooden sarcophagus, unique of its kind. The
only preserved wooden boats from the 15th c.)
